New Delhi/Moscow. During his visit to Russia, Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented a Russian-translated copy of the Bhagavad Gita to President Vladimir Putin. The Prime Minister said that the teachings of the Gita inspire millions around the world and that it is a legacy of Indian philosophy that offers simple solutions to the profound questions of human life.
This initiative by Prime Minister Modi is being considered an important step to strengthen cultural and spiritual diplomacy.
